Pembroke, together with the City of Stockholm, selected the proposal submitted by Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects (SHL). SHL was then given the opportunity to further develop their proposal for Hästen 21 in close cooperation with Pembroke.
Hästen 21 is one of the most ambitious ongoing architectural projects in Stockholm and developing a block is a long process that involves many stages. The original design has been updated in collaboration with the City of Stockholm.
